We specialize in maximizing the realization of aggregate production. We believe that if we bill you for the blasting of 100,000 tons of rock, you should receive 100,000 tons of rock. For our clients who have taken advantage of our offer to reconcile crushed rock with blasted rock, realizations have ranged from 85% on the low end to 120% on the high end.
Reconciliations can be completed using various methods, such as scale data, Strayos inventory imaging, or mineral rights payments, to name a few. We also consider rock used for roads, ramps, and stemming.
We prioritize communication with pit owners and managers to ensure that rock blasting results meet their aggregate needs. Our detailed pricing and planning processes are designed to ensure that expected results are achieved.
